Questions
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we can get to the sides of the house, we can do the job and text you the photos after.
How long does it take?
Most houses take one to three hours depending on size, height, and how full the gutters are.
How often should gutters be cleaned around here?
At least twice a year, and more if you have firs or big trees close to the house. That's why the quarterly plan exists.
Do you treat roof moss?
We sweep moss and debris off by hand. We don't do chemical moss treatment, so moss can grow back over time.
What if it rains on my day?
Light drizzle is usually fine. If it's pouring or windy, we'll text you to move to the next open day. We don't climb ladders or roofs in unsafe weather.
Do I need to do anything to get ready?
Just make sure we can get to every side of the house. Unlock gates and keep pets inside while we work.
What if you find something broken?
We'll send you photos of anything we spot, like loose hangers, leaking seams, or damaged downspouts, so you can decide what to do. No surprise charges.
When do I pay?
After the job is done and you've seen the before-and-after photos. We'll go over payment options when we book.
How does the referral discount work?
When your friend books, they give us your name. Once their first cleaning is done, you both get $50 off. For your friend, it takes the place of the new-customer discount, so the two don't combine.
